REPAIRS



		Motor Rewind and Refurbishment In association with partner companies we can provide extensive workshop facilities able to cope with a wide range of electrical and mechanical services.



		We can undertake rewinds, repairs and can fully load test motors to 2500 kW. Mechanical services include machining, metal spraying, balancing, vibration analysis and specialist welding services.



		Drive Repair We offer a comprehensive drive repair service including standard inverter drives through dc thyristor units to servo modules. All units are thoroughly tested on completion of repair. We have satisfactorily completed work on Siemens, Bosch, Fanuc, Indramat, Eurotherm, ABB, Demag and Lenze units.



		Encoder Repair We offer a specialist repair and refurbishment service for both linear and rotary encoders, regardless of make. The service ranges from simple cleaning and test, through to comprehensive rebuild and recalibration. We specialise in Heidenhain products but our service extends to other brands such as Elcis, Futaba, Stegmann and Euchner



		Servo Repair and Test Servomotors are generally rugged and robust machines with a high level of reliability. Despite these features eventually they do require maintenance. Due to the specialist nature of their construction this work needs to be tackled by skilled personnel. To achieve this we offer workshop facilities equipped with purpose built equipment and OEM supported engineers. For most makes of servomotor we can offer full diagnosis and repair. Most importantly before we despatch any motor it is test run to prove mechanical integrity and correct operation of the feedback device. When necessary we provide a 24 hour service to ensure fast turn around and keep your downtime to a minimum.
